AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ORDER CAN ONLY BE MADE BEFORE 5 PM ON THE SAME WORKING DAY
We aim to dispatch all internet orders by the next working day which means that amendments to your details can only be made before 5 pm on the same working day. Please note that we can only make changes to address and sizing information or cancel an order in its entirety. We will not be able to amend orders that are made after 5 pm during the week or over the weekend.
Assistance with sizing is clearly stated on the relevant product pages and we highly recommend that the sizing guides are carefully studied before placing an order.

DISPATCH OF ORDERED GOODS
Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt and usually the next working day wherever possible. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
We ask international customers to be aware that overseas deliveries may experience delays due to Customs Authorities and their control measures of imported goods. A recent strengthening of control measures, introduced by Customs Authorities in some countries, may lead to significant delays in the processing of shipments. The customer is responsible for any import taxes or duties.
Once your order is on its way, it can take from 2 to 3 days (UK orders) and approximately 5 to 15 days for Europe and overseas orders.
Delivery can take up to 7 days within the UK (including Northern Ireland) and Europe, and 15 days for the rest of the world.
United Kingdom standard delivery is provided by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which normally takes 2-3 days.
European and Overseas standard delivery is provided by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service which normally takes 3 to 4 days.
There are some occasions when this could take a little longer - Christmas and New Year, Bank Holiday Weekends etc - but our system will email you a tracking reference. So you always know where your order is and how to contact the courier with any queries.
