YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have 14 days from entering into a purchase of good/s contract in which you can cancel it.
Our cancellation of purchasing your good/s lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not notified us about cancelling or returning your good/s, then, unfortunately, we will not offer you a refund.
STOCK AVAILABILITY AND FULFILLING YOUR ORDER
Merchant Den works within a 30 days cycle to fulfil your order. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
CANCELLING YOUR PURCHASED ORDER OF GOOD/S
Cancelling your purchased order of good/s must be made before 5 pm on the same working day.
If 5 pm during the same working day or the weekend has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t cancel your purchased order of good/s.
Your purchased order of good/s will be processed and the return and refund procedures will be followed.
Cancellation of your ordered good/s must be made by written notice.
If you wish to cancel the ordered good/s, you must fill out the cancellation form, provided at the bottom of the page. Including the details of the ordered good/s, the order number, within 14 days following the date of purchase.
*Cancellation notification is to be made and sent from the same email submitted at the time of purchasing the good/s.
IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR GOOD/S AFTER CANCELLING THE PURCHASED ORDER
If you cancel your purchased order after 5 pm on the same working day before receiving the items and the courier attempts to deliver those goods, you should not accept delivery. In this instance, the courier will automatically return the goods to us.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service automatically permits for the courier to leave the item in a safe place e.g neighbour if no one is home. In the event, you are unable to refuse the delivery and the courier leaves the goods, you will arrange the return of the items at your own cost.
RECEIVING YOUR GOOD/S BEFORE CANCELLING THE PURCHASE ORDER
If you have received the goods before cancelling the contract, you will be under a duty to restore those goods to Merchant'S Den at your own cost and, in the meantime, to keep them and take reasonable care of them. This duty to take reasonable care ends if the consumer (at their own expense) sends the goods to the supplier. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage for all returned packages.
*We strongly recommend that you send all returns by recorded delivery to ensure that you have recorded evidence of return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit or damage.
If Merchant's Den request proof, then scan or photograph a copy of the postage recorded delivery evidence. Then send a proof email of the recorded delivery date of your returns via email, email@example.com
YOUR CANCELLATION OF THE PURCHASED ORDER REFUND PROCESS
Once your cancellation of purchased order email is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
On the cancellation of a purchased order, any sum paid by you will be repaid as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days of cancellation.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If 14 days have elapsed since our notification of acceptance to cancel or refund and you haven’t received a refund yet.
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
